摘要
某重型柴油发动机悬置支架与空气泵支架一体化设计开发过程中,空气泵支撑部位处出现开裂现象,通过分析故障原因,提出解决问题的措施,并经过设计计算及试验验证。结果表明:优化后的发动机悬置支架满足目标要求。
During the integrated design and development of a heavy-duty diesel engine mounting bracket and air pump bracket,the air pump support part appears cracking phenomenon.By analyzing the fault cause,the measures to solve the problem were put forward,which were verified by design calculation and test.The results show that the optimized engine mounting bracket meets the target requirements.
