摘要
论述了轻量化对商用车的重要意义。前下防护作为商用车重要安全部件,由于其较重的现状,提出了“以塑代钢”的轻量化思路。为了验证轻量化方案的可行性,开发了一种采用“新材料、新工艺、新结构”的新型轻量化前下防护,经CAE仿真分析,在满足相关性能要求前提下,质量较传统钣金前下防护下降35.9%。
The important significance of lightweight to commercial vehicle was discussed.As an important safety component of commercial vehicle,traditional front underrun protection has a very high weight,the idea of using plastic instead of steel according to this actuality was put forward.In order to verify the feasibility of lightweight,a new type of front underrun protection was researched.Through CAE simulation analysis,the weight is reduced by 35.9%under the premise of meeting the performance.
