摘要
目的:探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)和溶血磷脂酸(LPA)联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年12月黄河中心医院41例卵巢癌患者作为A组,45例良性卵巢病变者为B组,50例健康人为C组。测定所有人血清CA125、HE4和LPA。结果:A组CA125、HE4和LPA均高于B、C组(P<0.01),B组血清CA125与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但B、C组血清HE4、LPA比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合检测血清CA125+HE4+LPA的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为98.7%,89.2%,93.7%;与单纯检测CA125、HE4、LPA比较,联合检测的准确性明显升高。结论:联合检测血清CA125、HE4和LPA可以提高卵巢癌的诊断准确性。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),human epididymis protein 4(HE4)and lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)in ovarian cancer.Methods Forty-one patients with ovarian cancer in Huanghe Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled into group A,45 patients with benign ovarian lesions were enrolled into group B and 50 healthy people were enrolled into group C.The CA125,HE4 and LPA levels in serum were detected.Results Serum CA125,HE4 and LPA levels in group A were higher than these in group B and group C(P<0.01).Serum CA125 levels in group B was higher than that in group C(P<0.01).There were no significant differences between group B and group C about serum HE4 and LPA(P>0.05).The sensitivity was 98.7%,specificity was 89.2%,accuracy was 93.7%for patients through serum CA125,HE4 and LPA.Compared with simple detection of CA125,HE4 and LPA,the accuracy of combined detection was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined detection of serum CA125,HE4 and LPA can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ovarian cancer.
