摘要
目的:基于拉普拉斯趋势检验进行血滤机维护数据可靠性研究,以提高设备的安全性和可靠性。方法:收集并统计1台医院在用的血滤机近2年的设备维护数据,提取该设备运行天数和失效间隔天数。利用拉普拉斯趋势检验,对血滤机使用期间设备运行天数和失效间隔天数进行二元拟合分析。结果:研究发现血滤机在使用过程中出现的寿命可靠性呈现下降趋势,通过拉普拉斯趋势检验结果描述该设备故障发生的累积概率函数的失效时间,发现其故障发生概率在50%时,设备运行为399 d,可靠寿命为399 d;寿命可靠性置信区间为274.274~582.086,即274~582 d设备寿命可靠性下降最为明显。结论:通过拉普拉斯趋势检验预测血滤机的寿命可靠性趋势,掌握设备运行状态,在设备故障高发前合理安排预防性维护,做到精准维护,能够对维护计划的制定提供依据,保障设备使用的安全性和有效性。
Objective:To research the maintenance data of hemofiltration apparatus based on Laplace trend test so as to improve the safety and reliability of equipment.Methods:The data of equipment maintenance of a hemofiltration apparatus in recent 2 years were collected and counted,and the days of operation and interval days of the faults of this equipment were extracted.The Laplace trend test was used to implement binary fitting analysis for the days of operation and the interval days of the faults of the hemofiltration apparatus during using period.Results:It was found that the service reliability of hemofiltration apparatus presented downtrend in the use process.Through described the invalid time of cumulative probability function of occurring fault of this apparatus by Laplace trend test,the days of equipment operation and percentile life were 399d and 399d respectively when the probability of occurring fault of this apparatus was 50%,and confidence interval of the service reliability was 274.274-582.086.This meant that the decline of service reliability of apparatus would be the most obvious during 274-582d.Conclusion:Laplace trend test can predict the trend of service reliability of hemofiltration apparatus,and grasp the operation status of apparatus,and reasonably arrange preventive maintenance before the high incidence of equipment fault,and achieve accurate maintenance,and can provide basis for formulating the maintenance plan,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the equipment.
