摘要
目的:研制基于Python程序的量子探测效率(DQE)分析处理系统,实现X射线平板探测器的量子探测效率的分析处理全流程,为实施国家医药行业标准《医用电气设备数字X射线成像装置特性第1部分:量子探测效率的测定》YY/T0590.1和《医用电气设备数字X射线成像装置特性第1部分:量子探测效率的测定乳腺X射线摄影用探测器》YY/T0590.2提供一套实用的分析计算工具。方法:利用Python程序语言,结合Pydicom、Numpy、Matplotlib等扩展数据库,对数字X射线图像进行分析,分别实现图像数据的线性化处理、调制传递函数(MTF)、噪声功率谱(NPS)和DQE的分析与计算。结果:对3组不同剂量水平(分别为3.25μGy、10.8μGy、34.2μGy)的图像进行了DQE分析,并分别采用理论结算和对比分析的方法对MTF、NPS和DQE的分析结果进行了验证,证实了该系统分析结果的准确性。结论:基于Python程序的DQE分析处理系统的研制,可全面实现规范化的DQE分析过程,极大提高其测试的准确性和效率,有效解决开展检测技术难度大的问题。
Objective:To develop an analysis and processing system of python-based detection quantum efficiency(DQE)so as to realize the complete flow scheme of analysis and process of DQE of X-ray flat panel detector,and to provide a set of practically analytical calculation tool for implementing national pharmaceuticals industry standard<Medical electrical equipment digital X-ray imaging device characters Part I:the measurement of DQE>YY/T0590.1 and<Medical electrical equipment digital X-ray imaging device characters Part I:detector of using for X-ray photography of mammary gland>YY/0590.2.Methods:Using Python programming language and combining with Pydicom,Numpy,Matplotlib and other extension database to analyze digital X-ray images,and to realize the analysis and calculation of linear processing of image data,modulation transfer function(MTF),noise power spectrum(NPS)and DQE,respectively.Results:The images of three groups with different dose levels which were 3.25μGy,10.8μGy and 34.2μGy were analyzed by DQE,and the theory settlement and contrastive analysis were respectively adopted to verify the analysis results of MTF,NPS and DQE.The result of this research confirmed the accuracy of the analysis results of this system.Conclusion:The development of the Python-based DQE analysis and processing system can comprehensively realize the normalized DQE analysis procedure,and can extremely improve the accuracy and efficiency of the DQE test,and can effectively resolve the problem that the technique difficulty of implementing detection is very severe.
