摘要
中三角区域经济发展进入新常态,重启内陆核电产业替代化石能源驱动将是大势所趋,但是中三角区域核电产业重启面临的不仅仅是对安全的升级更是对融资的挑战。通过对我国以往核电产业融资模式的分析,借助国家新兴产业创业投资引导基金的东风,提出为中三角区域核电产业建立投资基金的模式。通过建立核电产业投资基金扩宽核电建设融资渠道,助推中三角区域核电发展。
The economic development of the Triangle of Central China region has entered a new normal.It will be an inevitable trend to restart the inland nuclear power industry to replace the fossil energy drive.However,the restart of the nuclear power industry in the Triangle of Central China region faces not only the security upgrade but also the financing challenge.Based on the analysis of the financing mode of China's nuclear power industry in the past and with the help of the guiding fund for venture capital investment in the emerging industries of China,this paper puts forward the mode of establishing investment fund for the nuclear power industry in the Triangle of Central China region.Through the establishment of nuclear power industry investment fund it can expand the financing channels for nuclear power construction and boost the development of nuclear power in the Triangle of Central China region.
