摘要
建筑工程施工本身是一项比较复杂的工作,由于建筑产品体积庞大,且整个建筑工程生产工期比较长,要完成一项工程,需要多个单位的共同配合,在实施过程中克服主客观条件的不利影响。因此为了达成质量和安全等多个目标的要求,我们需要加强施工组织管理设计工作,对常见问题进行综合分析,提出针对性改进策略,结合工程实践对未来的施工组织管理进行合理化改进。
The construction of a construction project is a relatively complex task.Due to the huge volume of construction products and the relatively long production period of the entire construction project,the completion of a project requires the cooperation of multiple units to overcome the adverse effects of subjective and objective conditions in the implementation process.Therefore,in order to achieve the requirements of multiple goals such as quality and safety,we need to strengthen the construction organization management design work,conduct a comprehensive analysis of common problems,propose targeted improvement strategies,and combine engineering practices to rationalize and improve future construction organization management.
