摘要
目的探讨开设专科护理门诊的管理方法与效果。方法根据医院护理专科发展需求,设立相应的专科护理门诊,安排有相应资质的护士出诊,建立考评制度,不断完善专科护理门诊的管理;统计护理门诊工作量以及患者的满意度以了解目前各专科护理门诊的开设情况。结果本院目前共开设8个专科护理门诊,11名护士出诊,工作量逐年增加,患者满意度达99.3%。结论开展专科护理门诊有利于解决门诊和住院患者的护理问题,提高患者满意度,体现专科护士的专业价值;但专科护理门诊的管理制度仍需进一步完善,亟待相关法律法规的出台。
Objective To explore the management method and effect of setting up special nursing clinic.Methods According to the development of nursing specialty,the corresponding specialized nursing clinic was set up;the qualified nurses were arranged to the consultation;the evaluation system was established;and the management of specialized nursing clinic was continuously improved.The workload and patient satisfaction were evaluated to understand the situation of the establishment of special nursing clinics.Results There are 8 special nursing clinics and 11 consultation nurses in our hospital.The workload increased year by year,and the patient satisfaction reached 99.3%.Conclusion The development of specialized clinic is beneficial to solve the nursing problems of outpatients and inpatients.In addition,it can improve patient satisfaction,and reflect the professional value of special nurses.However,the management system of specialized nursing clinics still needs to be further improved,and relevant laws and regulations are urgently needed.
