摘要
目的了解2018年河南省各县级疾控机构对饮用水中硝酸盐氮的检测能力。方法能力验证采用四分位稳健统计法对检测结果进行统计,并用Z比分数对考核结果进行判定。采用Z比分数统计法对所有结果进行统计和评价,结果获得满意检测结果的实验室51家,满意率为92.7%;不满意检测结果有4家,不满意率为7.3%;无可疑检测结果。结论河南省疾控机构的实验室基本可以准确检测饮用水中的硝酸盐氮,完成日常监测任务。
Objective To evaluate the nitrate nitrogen detection capability in drinking water at county level of Henan disease control and prevention laboratory.Methods This proficiency test adopted the quartile robust statistical method to conduct statistics on the test results,and determined the test results with the Z-score.Results All results were counted and evaluated by Z-score statistics,the results showed 51 laboratories achieved satisfactory results,the satisfactory rate was 92.7%;4 labs had unsatisfactory results,account for 7.3%;none suspicious results.Conclusion Most laboratories of disease control organization in Henan can accurately detect nitrate nitrogen in drinking water and accomplish daily monitoring task.
