摘要
在建筑负荷预测中,对建筑通风换气次数及空气密度考虑海拔作用。本文通过研究发现:提高建筑外门窗气密性,建筑能耗明显降低,外门窗气密性等级每提高1级,建筑节能率均在8%以上;在高海拔区域,就建筑节能指标划分,不同气密性窗户下建筑通风换气次数实际多少受海拔高度影响,相关指标规定依据地区室外温度为宜。研究成果可为高海拔地区建筑节能途径及整改措施提供理论参考。
In building load predicting,the effects of altitude are considered for ventilation times and air density.Through the research,it is found that the improvement of air tightness of external doors and windows can significantly reduce the building energy consumption,and the economy energy rate of building is above 8%for every level of air tightness of external doors and windows.In the high altitude zone,the building energy conservation indicators are divided.The actual number of ventilation changes of buildings under different air-tightness windows is affected by the altitude,and the relevant indicators should be based on the outdoor temperature of the area.The research results can provide theoretical reference for building energy conservation approaches and rectification measures in high altitude zone.
