摘要
《HJ 586-2010水质游离氯和总氯的测定N,N-二乙基-1,4-苯二胺分光光度法》有广范的适用性,其检测结果对环境治理有相当指导意义。为提高检测数据准确性,则提高其标准曲线的有效性至关重要。但该校准曲线制作易存在各点吸光度偏低,曲线相关系数小于标准要求的0.999的问题。笔者通过对校准曲线制作中碘化钾-碘酸钾在酸性条件下反应温度、反应时间、光照条件的改变,摸索出了标准曲线制作的有效条件。改进后的方法经质控样及加标回收测试合格。对提高标准(《HJ 586-2010》)范围内环境监测数据的准确性有积极意义。
The Determination of Free Chlorine and Total Chlorine in HJ 586-2010 Water Quality N,N-diethyl-1,4-phenylenediamine Spectrophotometric has wide applicability,the test results are of considerable guiding significance for environmental management.In order to improve the accuracy of detection data,it is very important to improve the effectiveness of the standard curve.However,when preparing the calibration curve,it is easy to have the problems that the absorbance at each point is low and the curve correlation coefficient is less 0.999 as required by the standard.By changing the reaction temperature,reaction time and light condition of potassium iodide-potassium iodate under acid condition,the effective conditions of standard curve making were found out.The improved method is qualified by quality control sample and standard recovery test.It has positive significance for improving the accuracy of environmental monitoring data within the scope of the standard HJ 586-2010.
