摘要
使用TCD检测器气相色谱法测定Kr的校准曲线时,Kr的峰面积与Kr的含量大小成线性关系。由于样品气体分析的复杂性,需标准气体与样品处于完全相同的实验条件时,才能获得较为准确的校准曲线。实验表明,在25 mL/min的载气流速和50℃的进样气体温度下,对于含不同浓度Kr的标准气体经过一定的分离条件后,经TCD分析后,得到适用于一定浓度范围内的校准曲线。
When the TCD gas chromatography is used to analyze the calibration curve of Kr,the peak area has a linear relationship with the content of Kr.Due to the complexity of sample gas,a more accurate calibration curve can be obtained only when the standard gas and the sample are in exactly the same experimental conditions.The experiment showed that in some certain separation conditions,standard gases containing different concentrations of Kr are analyzed by TCD detector when the carrier gas flow rate is 25 mL/min and the injection gas temperature is 50°C,a calibration curve suitable for a certain concentration range was obtained.
