摘要
针对形状不规则和结构复杂的导管无法通过理论和工程计算确定其管内流动特性的问题,本文通过FLUENT仿真计算确定导管内部流动特性,结合仿真结果对管路设计进行优化,通过试验对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明,仿真计算结果与试验结果相符,基于FLUENT的仿真计算能够应用于形状不规则和结构复杂的管路设计。
Aiming at the problem that the internal flow characteristics of pipes with irregular shapes and complex structures can not be determined by theoretical and engineering calculations,this paper determines the internal flow characteristics of the pipe by FLUENT simulated calculation,optimizes the pipeline design based on the simulation results,and verifies the simulation results through experiments.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,and the simulated calculation based on FLUENT can be applied to the design of pipelines with irregular shapes and complex structures.
