一种皮革用高雾度可转移BOPP功能膜的制备

摘要 采用双向拉伸四层共挤技术,引入5%端氟烷基聚丙烯和1%聚二甲基硅氧烷改性消光转移母料,在8.7 m宽幅生产线研制成功生产皮革用高雾度可转移BOPP功能膜。该功能膜为双消光层4层结构,且功能层厚度设定为2.5μm,功能膜横纵向热收缩率分别达到0.7%和1.8%。在转移加工过程中,采用一次加工成型,无需涂布硅基离型剂,可以直接剥离转移,且转移效果优异。 Introducing 5% fluoroalkyl polypropylene and 1% polydimethylsiloxane modified extinction transferable master batch through biaxially stretched four-layer coextrusion technology, the high-haze transferable BOPP functional film for leather was successfully developed in the production line with the width of 8.7 m. The functional film is a 4-layer structure film with double extinction layer, and the thickness of the functional layer is set at 2.5 μm. The lateral and longitudinal thermal shrinkage rate of the functional film reaches 0.7% and 1.8% respectively. In the transfer processing, single process molding can be realized without coating silicon-based separation agent. The film can be directly peeled and transferred,and the transfer effect is better.
