东北地区偏高水分玉米安全度夏储藏试验 被引量:4

Test on safe summer storage of high moisture corn in Northeast China

摘要 针对偏高水分玉米安全储藏的问题,应用内环流控温技术开展了东北地区偏高水分玉米安全度夏储藏试验,结果表明:在过夏期间,应用内环流控温效果明显,能实现准低温储粮,偏高水分玉米的全仓平均水分损耗及脂肪酸值增幅均较小;在储藏期间,偏高水分玉米的色泽和气味正常,脂肪酸值和品尝评分值都符合“宜存”的要求,与对照仓不存在显著差异,进而说明利用内环流控温技术能确保偏高水分玉米的安全度夏和实现保质储藏。 In response to the problem of safe storage of high-moisture corn,the inner circulation controlled temperature storage technology was used to carry out a summer storage test for high-moisture corn in Northeast China.The results show that during the summer period,the application of inner circulation controlled temperature storage technology has obvious effects and can achieve quasi-low temperature storage of grain.The average moisture loss and fatty acid value increase of the whole warehouse of high-moisture corn are small;During the storage period,the color and smell of high-moisture corn were normal,and the fatty acid value and the tasting score were all in line with the requirements of"good storage",and there was no significant difference from the control warehouse.Furthermore,it shows that the use of inner circulation controlled temperature storage technology can ensure the safe summer and high-quality storage of high-moisture corn.
