摘要
针对大米加工行业的现状,建立以数据驱动、技术驱动的智能工厂,生产层面各车间生产加工以集成化的数据、精确的计量来规范车间生产,提高车间管理的精确度,提升全厂智能化水平。利用测量技术、传感技术、自动控制技术、监控技术、信息化技术、人工智能技术和大数据分析等技术,结合目前的大米工艺水平建立一套大米行业的智能化生产运营平台,挖掘生产和运营数据的潜在价值,建立一套适合粮食加工的智能数字化工厂体系。
In view of the current status of the rice processing industry,establish a data-driven and technology-driven smart factory,standardize workshop production with integrated data and accurate measurement,improve workshop management precision,and enhance the intelligence level of the entire factory.Using measurement technology,sensing technology,automatic control technology,monitoring technology,information technology,artificial intelligence technology and big data analysis technology,combined with the current rice processing technology to establish an intelligent production and operation platform for the rice industry,mining the potential value of production and operational data,toestablish an intelligent digital factory system suitable for grain processing.
