摘要
目的分析老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的康复护理效果。方法选取我院2015年5月至2018年5月收治的60例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者为研究对象。将60例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者按入院挂号的单双号随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均为30例。对对照组实行常规护理模式,对观察组实行康复护理模式。观察并对比两组患者在实行护理模式后的生活质量、疼痛情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者在实行护理模式后各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组轻度疼痛率(13.33%)显著低于观察组(36.66%),重度疼痛率(43.33%)显著高于观察组(26.66%)(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率为90%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论康复护理模式能有效改善老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者的生活质量,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者护理满意度,有利于促进医患关系的友好发展,护理效果显著。
Objective Analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing for elderly osteoporotic spine fractures.Methods Sixty elderly patients with osteoporotic spine fractures who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.Sixty elderly patients with osteoporotic spine fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to their registered single and even numbers,with 30 cases in both groups.The routine nursing model was implemented for the control group,and the rehabilitation nursing model was implemented for the observation group.Observe and compare the quality of life,pain and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after implementing the nursing model.Results The quality of life scores of elderly patients with osteoporotic spine fractures in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)after the implementation of the nursing model;the mild pain rate in the control group(13.33%)was significantly lower than the observation group(36.66%),the rate of severe pain(43.33%)was significantly higher than the observation group(26.66%)(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 90%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporotic spine fractures,relieve their pain,improve patient care satisfaction,and promote the friendly development of the doctor-patient relationship,with significant nursing effects.
