摘要
目的研究宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇应用康复护理干预的价值。方法将我院在2017年1月至2020年1月收治的100例阴道分娩产后出血产妇采取随机数字表法分为两组,分别为研究组和对照组。对照组产妇50例给予常规护理,研究组产妇50例采取康复护理干预。对两组产妇施行护理后的效果进行密切观察,比较两组患者的2 h产后出血量、24 h产后出血量以及护理满意。结果护理后,研究组产妇2 h、24 h产后出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论在此次研究中,对宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇予以康复护理,该护理方法效果尤为显著,能有效降低产后出血量,并提高产妇的护理满意度,值得在宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇的护理中推广应用。
Objective To study the value of rehabilitation nursing intervention in puerpera with uterine dystonic postpartum hemorrhage.Methods One hundred cases of postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020.The above patients were divided into two groups by random digital table method:study group and control group,50 cases were given routine nursing in the control group and 50 cases were treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention.The amount of bleeding and nursing satisfaction.Results After the two groups passed nursing care,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the maternal nursing satisfaction in the study group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The diff erence between the two groups was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion In this study,rehabilitation nursing was given to women with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine attenuation.The eff ect of this nursing method was particularly signifi cant.It can eff ectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the nursing satisfaction of women.Promotion and application in nursing.
