摘要
目的探讨系统性康复训练对鼻咽癌放疗患者吞咽功能的影响。方法选择我院2018年7月-2020年7月收治的鼻咽癌放疗后存在吞咽功能障碍的患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,对照组患者予以常规抗感染、营养支持等对症治疗,观察组患者在上述治疗基础上予以系统性康复训练治疗,比较两组治疗前后渗漏-误吸评估量表(PAS)分级和治疗疗效。结果经治疗后1个月,观察组患者PAS分级显著低于对照组,同时观察组患者治疗有效率为90.63%(29/32),显著高于对照组68.75%(22/32),差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论系统性康复训练治疗模式能够改善鼻咽癌放疗患者的吞咽功能,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic rehabilitation training on swallowing function in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods 64 patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional anti infection,nutritional support and other symptomatic treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given systematic rehabilitation training on the basis of the above treatment,and the leakage aspiration assessment of the two groups before and after treatment was compared The classification and therapeutic effect of PAS.Results One month after treatment,the PAS grade of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%(29/32),significantly higher than 68.75%(22/32)of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic rehabilitation training can improve the swallowing function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,and has certain clinical application value.
