摘要
目的探讨低温等离子消融术治疗儿童OSAHS的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法对本院2017年1月-2018年8月在南京医科大学附属淮安市第一医院耳鼻喉科收治的儿童OSAHS患者180例,按照手术方法分为观察组(100例)和对照组(80例)。观察组给予低温等离子消融术,对照组给予腺样体刮除术以及双侧扁桃体剥离术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间、住院时间,观察两组治疗前、后免疫球蛋白及C_3、C_4的变化情况。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),两组术前、术后免疫球蛋白及C_3、C_4比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用低温等离子消融术治疗儿童OSAHS效果较好,且不影响免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma ablation on OSAHS in children and its effect on immune function.Methods 180 children with OSAHS were enrolled in ENT Department of The Affiliated Huaian No.1 People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to August 2018.The patients were divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(80 cases)according to the surgical method.The observation group was given low temperature plasma ablation,and the control group was treated with adenoid scraping and tonsillectomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.The changes of immunoglobulin and C3 and C4 before and after treatment were observed.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain time and hospital stay were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative and postoperative immunoglobulin and C3 and C4 between the two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusions Low temperature plasma ablation is a good treatment for children with OSAHS and does not affect immune function.
