摘要
对AZ61镁合金进行了轧制温度400℃和异速比1.25的异步轧制试验,并对轧后试样进行了210℃不同保温时间(15、30、60 min)的时效处理。采用硬度测试、电子显微镜观察等研究了压下率与时效时间对合金组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:当AZ61镁合金异步轧制时,随着总压下率的增大,合金晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,合金硬度逐渐增加。总变形量80%轧制的合金硬度达到最大值,为96.8 HV。随着时效时间的增加,合金的硬度先降低后升高再降低,时效时间30 min合金硬度达到最大值,为99.2 HV。
The asynchronous rolling experiment of AZ61 magnesium alloy was carried out at the rolling temperature of 400 ℃ and different speed ratio of 1.25. And the 210℃ aging treatment of the rolled samples for different time(15, 30, 60 min) was carried out. The effects of reduction rate and aging time on microstructure and hardness of the alloy were studied by means of microstructure observation and hardness test. The results show that when AZ61 magnesium alloy is asynchronous rolled, with the increase of total reduction rate, the grain size of the alloy decreases gradually, and the hardness of the alloy increases gradually. The hardness of the alloy with 80% total deformation reaches the maximum value of 96.8 HV. With the increase of aging time, the hardness of AZ61 magnesium alloy first decreases then increases, and then decreases. The hardness of the alloy reaches the maximum value of 99.2 HV when the aging time is 30 min.
