摘要
目的分析基于年龄心理特点的多样化宣教对口腔科病房患儿的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年2月浙江省台州医院口腔科病房患儿80例,按照入住病房日期及随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,每组40例患儿。对照组患儿采取常规的宣教方式,研究组患儿采取基于年龄心理特点的多样化宣教。比较两组患儿焦虑的生理指标、心理指标、行为指标及口腔健康相关生活质量评分。结果宣教前,两组患儿焦虑的生理指标、心理指标、行为指标及口腔健康相关生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);宣教后,两组患儿焦虑的生理指标、心理指标、行为指标及口腔健康相关生活质量评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于年龄心理特点的多样化宣教可显著改善口腔科病房患儿的焦虑情况,有利于患儿养成良好的行为习惯,促使口腔健康相关生活质量的提高,对患儿未来的成长与发展具有积极作用,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of diversified propaganda and education based on age-psychological characteristics on the children in wards of Stomatological Department. Methods From January 2019 to February 2020,80 children were selected from wards of Stomatological Department,Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province,then they were divided into control group and study group according to admission time and random number table,40 children in each group. The children in control group were given routine propaganda and education,the children in study group were given diversified propaganda and education based on age-psychological characteristics. The physiological indicators,psychological indicators,behavioral indicators of anxiety,and scores of mouth health-related life quality in the two groups were compared. Results Before propaganda and education,there was no statistically significant difference in physiological indicator,psychological indicator,behavioral indicator of anxiety,and score of mouth health-related life quality between the two groups (P>0. 05);after propaganda and education,there were statistically significant differences in physiological indicator,psychological indicator,behavioral indicator of anxiety,and score of mouth health-related life quality between the two groups (P< 0. 05). Conclusion Diversified propaganda and education based on age-psychological characteristics can significantly improve anxiety of children in wards of Stomatological Department,be beneficial to develop good behavioral habits,promote improvement of mouth health-related life quality,play an active role in further growth and development of these children,which is worthy of application.
