摘要
随着我国人口老龄化及城镇化进程的加速,心脑血管疾病给患者、家庭及社会带来的负担日益加重,已成为重大公共卫生问题,而高血压是其重要危险因素,也是社区的常见病及多发病。本研究检索及整理近10年来针刺治疗高血压机制研究及临床应用的相关文献并进行综述,以期为提高临床疗效提供参考。运用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG)、维普数据库(VIP)和公共医疗数据库(PubMed),以"针刺""针灸""高血压""降压""机制"等作为检索词,用布尔逻辑运算符连接,检索时间为2010-01-01-2020-01-31,纳入研究重点为针刺治疗高血压,对照组为空白对照、西药降压药、不同针刺处理因素及生活方式干预等方面的文献,排除干预措施为穴位贴敷、穴位注射、电极刺激等疗法及特殊针法的文献。最终纳入针刺治疗高血压机制研究15篇,针刺治疗高血压临床应用研究25篇。结果显示,依据目前研究成果认为,针刺通过多途径、多靶点及多系统的调节机制实现降压。提供临床针刺治疗高血压可行性策略为,有症状患者四诊合参,采用循经取穴及辨证论治的方法治疗;无症状患者借鉴全息理论及微针系统,采用经验穴、有效穴及全息穴治疗。提示,在归纳临床经验及研究成果的同时,运用中医治法治则及"治未病"理念,为患者选定合理的治疗调护方案,可达到降低高血压的发病率、提升对该病知晓率及医疗服务满意度的目的。
With the rapid development of the aging of our population and urbanization,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is bringing heavier burdens for patients,families and society day by day,which becomes a major public sanitary issue.And the high blood pressure is one of its vital impairing components,which is also the common and frequent-occurring disease of communities.The author had collected and organized studies of acupuncture treatment for high blood pressure scheme as well as the relevant literatures of clinical application,and a comprehensive description was made aiming at improve the clinical efficacy as a reference.Used CNKI,WANFANG,VIP and PubMed database,regarded"pinprick","acupuncture","high blood pressure","decompression"and"scheme"as searching words,applied Boolean Logical Calculation Symbols for connection,the searching period was from January 2010 to January 2020,included literatures whose key studying point was acupuncture treatment for high blood pressure,whose control group was blank control,and literatures relevant to western decompression medicine,different acupuncture handling factors as well as lifestyle intervention,excluded treatment and special acupuncture literatures in the following aspects:acupoint application,acupoint injection,electrode stimulation.In the end,15 papers of acupuncture treatment for high blood pressure scheme and 25 papers of acupuncture treatment for clinical application were adopted.According to the current study achievements,it is believed that the acupuncture treatment can be applied for decompression through the adjustment scheme of multi-channels,multi-points and multi-systems.The accommodation for feasible clinical acupuncture treatment for high blood pressure is as follows:with regard to patients representing symptoms,the synthesis of the four diagnostic methods is preferred,to be more specific,the treatment of selecting the acupoints along the channel and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.With regard to patients without symptoms,take example
