摘要
以往研究表明,企业社会责任对创新具有调节作用,且社会责任对创新的作用并非完全均质,还取决于外部环境等影响因素。为系统阐释企业社会责任对企业创新的影响机制,文章从制度资本、货币资本、知识资本和社会资本四个层面出发,研究地理邻近和网络位置对企业社会责任与创新关系的调节作用,并以高新技术企业为样本加以验证,研究结果表明:企业社会责任对创新有促进作用,企业社会责任正向影响创新研发投入和创新专利产出;地理邻近加强企业社会责任与创新研发投入的关系,网络位置则主要扩展企业社会责任对创新专利产出的影响,地理邻近和网络位置的交互作用正向调节社会责任与创新专利产出之间的关系。
Previous studies have shown that CSR has a moderating effect on innovation,and the role of CSR on innovation is not completely homogeneous,but also depends on the external environment and other influencing factors.In order to systematically explain the impact mechanism of CSR on corporate innovation,this paper takes high-tech enterprises as samples,and studies the moderating effect of geographical proximity and network location on the relationship between CSR and innovation from four levels of institutional capital,monetary capital,knowledge capital and social capital.The results show that CSR can promote innovation,and CSR has a positive impact on innovation R&D investment and innovation patent output;geographical proximity strengthens the relationship between CSR and innovation R&D investment,while network location mainly expands the impact of CSR on innovation patent output.The interaction between geographical proximity and network location positively regulates the relationship between CSR and innovation patent output.
