摘要
目的研究更符合临床实际症状的冷哮型哮喘大鼠的制备方法,并为“不同剂量的单味细辛及小青龙汤对冷哮型哮喘大鼠的研究”提供可靠的实验动物,提高实验准确性。方法SPF级健康雄性SD大鼠60只,分为对照组、冷哮模型组、中药干预组,用病证结合的方法,即传统中医冷哮之证与现代医学哮喘之病两部分相结合的方法,制备冷哮型哮喘大鼠模型。结果造模大鼠出现呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘促,口鼻分泌物增多;毛发零乱且无光泽,四肢、肛温及背心温度均降低,少动、扎堆等。病理切片表现为支气管及肺泡间隔炎性细胞浸润改变。结论病证结合的方法可成功建立冷哮型大鼠模型,并且有很强的可靠性与可复制性。
Objective To study the preparation method of cold asthma rats more in line with clinical symptoms.To provide reliable experimental animals for"the study of different doses of single asarum and Xiaoqinglong Decoction on cold asthma rats"and improve the accuracy of experiment.Methods Select 60 SPF rats,divide into normal control group,cold asthma model group and Chinese medicine intervention group.To explore the cold-asthma rat model.To explore the cold-asthma rat model,with Traditional Chinese medicine cold asthma syndrome and modern medicine asthma disease two parts combination method.Results The normative symptoms:dyspnea,cough,shortness of breath,increased nasal and oral secretions,hair is messy and dull,the temperature of limbs,anus and vest decreased,move less,get together,etc.The pathological section of lung:the main expression was that the lung was soaked by inflammatory cells.Conclusion The cold asthma rat model can be successfully established by combining disease with syndrome,and has strong reliability and reproducibility.
