摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理模式应用于成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者中的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月期间河南省人民医院收治的成人ARDS患者110例,将2019年1月—2019年5月期间收治的54例患者设为对照组,接受常规护理模式干预;将2019年6月—2019年12月期间收治的56例患者设为观察组,在对照组基础上接受无缝隙护理模式干预。比较两组干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、Murray评分、Marshll评分及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分、Murray评分、Marshll评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.64%,高于对照组的74.07%(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理模式应用于成人ARDS患者中,可减轻负性情绪,缓解临床症状,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing mode in adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods 110 adult ARDS patients in the hospital from January to December,2019 were selected.54 cases from January to May,2019 were the control group and received routine nursing mode intervention.56 cases from June to December,2019 in the ob⁃servation group received seamless nursing mode intervention based on the control group.The self-assessment depression scale(SDS)score,self-assessment anxiety scale(SAS)score,Murray score,Marshll score and nursing satisfaction were compared be⁃tween the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the SDS,SAS,Murray and Marshll score of the ob⁃servation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.64%,which was higher than 74.07%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless nursing model can be applied to adult ARDS patients to reduce negative emotions,relieve clinical symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction.
