聚合物改性硫铝酸盐水泥基防水涂料的助剂选择与优化 被引量:1

摘要 聚合物改性水泥基涂层工艺是一种有着良好耐候性、绿色环保的混凝土防护工艺,在混凝土表面保护工程中得到广泛应用。但由于其组分的复杂多样性,导致其性能受到诸多因素的制约。分别研究了在4种不同的敏感助剂(润湿剂、防沉淀剂、防水剂和消泡剂)作用下,聚合物改性硫铝酸盐水泥基涂料拉伸性能和吸水率的变化规律。结果表明:助剂的加入会显著影响涂料的拉伸强度和吸水率,优化涂料的微观结构;聚合物改性硫铝酸盐水泥基涂料在润湿剂质量分数为0.6%、防沉淀剂质量分数为1.5%、防水剂质量分数为2.0%、消泡剂质量分数为1.5%时,涂料的综合性能达到最优;掺加适量敏感助剂可以明显优化涂料的微观结构,使涂料内部无明显缺陷,且形成聚合物膜包裹水泥水化产物的连续结构。 Polymer modified cement-based coating technology is a kind of concrete protection method with good weather resistance and environmental protection,and is widely used in the surface protection of concrete engineering.However,its performance is restricted by many factors due to the complexity and diversity of the components.The change regularities of the tensile properties and water absorption of the polymer modified sulphoaluminate cement-based coatings with four different sensitive additives(wetting agent,anti-sediment agent,waterproof agent and defoamer)were studied.The results show that the addition of additives can significantly influence the tensile strength and water absorption of the coating,and optimize the microstructure of the coating.When the mass fraction of wetting agent is 0.6%,the mass fraction of anti-sediment agent is 1.5%,the mass fraction of waterproof agent is 2.0%,and the mass fraction of defoamer is 1.5%,the comprehensive performance of the polymer modified sulphoaluminate cement-based coating is the best.The addition of appropriate amount of sensitive additives can obviously optimize the microstructure of the coating,so that there are no obvious defects inside the coating,and form a polymer film wrapped cement hydration product continuous structure.The adding the right amount of sensitive additives can obviously optimize the microstructure of the coating,so that there are no obvious defects inside the coating,and form a polymer film wrapped cement hydration product continuous structure.
