摘要
为研究冷弯薄璧型钢组合截面柱轴压状态下的力学性能研究,利用轴心受压试验对C形、U形两种组合截面柱组成的四种由自攻自钻螺钉相连的组合截面进行研究。在此基础上对比分析了试验结果与中国规范GB 50018—2002有效宽度法和北美规范AISI S100—2007有效宽度法和直接强度法的承载力计算结果。试验结果表明,闭口多肢组合截面在长细比小于70时,由局部屈曲临界应力控制,当长细比大于70时,由整体屈曲临界应力控制。开口组合截面当长细比小于80时,由畸变屈曲临界应力控制,当长细比大于80时,屈曲形式为整体屈曲。
In order to study mechanical properties of cold-formed and thin-walled steel composite sectionsunder axial compression,four columns with combined sections of C-shaped and U-shaped combined by meansof self-tapping self-drilling screws were experimentally investigated under axial compression loading.On thisbasis,the test results are compared with the calculation results of the bearing capacity derived from theChinese Code GB 50018—2002 effective width method,the North American standard AISI S100—2007 effective width method and direct strength method.The test reveals that failure pattern of the closed multi-limbcombined section is controlled by the local buckling critical stress when the slenderness ratio is less than 70.When the slenderness ratio is greater than 70,the failure will be governed by the overall buckling criticalstress.For the open combination section,when the aspect ratio is less than 80,the failure is controlled by thecritical stress of the distortion buckling,and when the slenderness ratio is greater than 80,the buckling failuremode is the overall buckling.
