摘要
基于陕西省宝鸡峡灌区的72个村庄和1204户农户的实地调查数据,利用二元Logit模型和分层模型相结合的方法分析农业水贫困指数及其各维度对农户节水灌溉技术采用决策的影响。结果表明:1)农业水贫困指数对农户节水灌溉技术采用决策具有显著正向影响;2)资源禀赋和水利设施显著负向影响农户节水灌溉技术采用决策,能力水平和制度环境显著正向影响农户节水灌溉技术采用决策。
Based on the field survey data of 72 villages and 1,204 farmers in Baojixia Irrigation District, Shaanxi province, the combination of the Binary Logit model and the Hierarchical Linear model was used to analyze the impact of the agricultural water poverty index and its dimensions on the decision-making of farmers’ water-saving irrigation technology adoption. The results show as follows:(1) The agricultural water poverty index has a significant positive impact on farmers’ decision to adopt water-saving irrigation technologies.(2) Resource endowment and water conservancy facilities significantly negatively affect farmers’ water-saving irrigation technology adoption decisions, while ability level and institutional environment significantly positively influence farmers’ decision to adopt water-saving irrigation technology.
