摘要
分析国有大型企业集团岗位职级管理制度现状及存在的问题,追溯了岗位职级管理的根源。并在此基础上,提出了优化国有大型企业集团岗位职级管理的对策,以此建立人才的多通道职业发展体系,提升国有大型企业集团的人力资源管理效能。
The current status and existing problems of the current post and rank management system of large state-owned enterprise groups were analyzed,and the root of the post and rank management was traced. On this basis,the countermeasures for optimizing the post and rank management of large state-owned enterprise groups are proposed,so as to establish a multichannel career development system for talents and improve the efficiency of human resource management of large state-owned enterprise groups.
