深海水下采油树阴极保护的设计与研究

摘要 深海水下采油树是海洋油气开采的重要设备,其长期处于腐蚀性很强的海水中,腐蚀相当严重,因此解决其腐蚀问题对于深海水下采油十分重要。通过分析影响深海海水腐蚀的溶解氧、温度、压力、流速和pH值等因素,认为牺牲阳极的阴极保护与涂层保护相结合是解决深海水下采油树腐蚀问题的有效措施。重点介绍牺牲阳极的原理、常用材料、设计要点等,根据有关的标准,利用数值模拟技术优化了深海水下采油树的阴极保护设计方案,对解决深海水下采油树的腐蚀问题具有指导意义。 Subsea Christmas tree is an important facility for offshore oil and gas exploitation,so performance of anti-corrosion is crucial for underwater oil recovery.Based on the analysis of dissolved oxygen,temperature,pressure,flow rate and pH value that affect the corrosion of subsea Christmas tree,it was considered that the combination of sacrificial anode cathodic protection with coating protection was an ideal anti-corrosion method.Then the principle,common materials and design points of sacrificial anode method were introduced in detail.According to the relevant standards,the design scheme of cathodic protection was proposed to be optimized by numerical simulation,which was significant to solve the corrosion problem.
