摘要
既往的单点信号配时很少考虑交叉口周围土地开发因素的量化影响,为此提出一种考虑土地利用的单交叉口信号配时方法。首先,收集交叉口信息、土地利用信息、交通量信息等信号配时基础信息;其次,量化土地利用的强度和混合度因素,提出交叉口各地块的土地利用强度、混合度修正系数,并提出土地利用强度与混合度的融合修正系数,同时采用遗传算法进行土地利用融合修正系数的优化;然后,利用量化的土地利用融合修正系数,修正原始交通量,获取考虑土地利用因素后的修正交通量;最后,基于修正交通量,利用Webster方法计算得到信号配时。以徐州市丰县某一交叉口为例,分析了交叉口土地利用状况,基于不同时段的交通量数据,计算得到优化的配时参数,并仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。
The previous isolated intersection signal timing methods seldom consider quantitatively influence of land use around the intersection;therefore,an isolated intersection signal timing method considering land use is proposed.First,basic intersection related factors are collected,including intersection layout condition,land use condition,and traffic volumes.Second,factors concerning land use intensity and degree of mixing are quantified to propose correction coefficients,respectively,and these two coefficients are combined through an integrated correction coefficient for the land use,which can be optimized using genetic algorithm.Then,the integrated correction coefficient is applied to mod⁃ify the original traffic volume,the modified traffic volume considering land use is obtained.Finally,the modified traffic volume is applied in the Webster timing approach to calculate the timing parameters.Taking an intersection in Feng Xian,Xuzhou as a case study,the land use condition of this intersection is analyzed.Based on traffic volume data col⁃lected for different time periods,the optimized timing parameters are calculated using the proposed method,and the ef⁃fectiveness of it is verified by simulation.
