摘要
教师角色是教师对自身的认同及所产生的行为、社会对其的期待综合而来的意象。深入探讨首席教师角色,对于首席教师工作职责的明确及教师整体的发展都具有重要的价值和意义。首席教师首先应回归学习者和教学者的角色,这是教师成长发展的基础性角色。在此基础上,首席教师的角色可以延展为教研活动的策划者和团队合作的领导者,从而成为团队教师发展的主推力量。最终,首席教师在服务自我发展和他者发展的基点上实现向教育家型的角色转变,超越自我与社会赋予的外在光环,满足学校和社会对其的角色期待,推动整个教育事业的前进。
Teacher's role is the image of teacher's identification with himself,his behavior and the expectation of the society.It is of great value and significance to discuss the role of chief teacher in depth for the clarification of the job responsibilities of chief teacher and overall development of teachers.The chief teacher should first return to the role of learner and teacher,which is the basic role of teacher growth and development.On this basis,the role of chief teacher can be extended to be the planner of teaching and research activities and the leader of team cooperation,so as to become the main driving force for the development of team teachers.In the end,the chief teacher will be transformed into an educationalist on the basis of serving self-development and other development,transcend the external halo given by self and society,meet the expectations of school and society,and promote the progress of the whole teachers'career.
