基于遗传算法的中子谱仪样品台精度分配方法

摘要 提出了一种基于遗传算法的中子谱仪样品台精度分配方法。首先,对中子谱仪样品台的结构及误差元素进行分析,利用多体系统理论和齐次坐标变换原理建立样品台的几何误差模型;其次,对误差模型中的27项误差项分别进行灵敏度分析及计算;最后,基于灵敏度计算结果,通过采用MATLAB软件中的遗传算法工具箱,以制造成本最小为优化目标,对中子谱仪样品台进行精度分配,并且利用蒙特卡洛模拟法验证了精度分配方案的合理性,为中子谱仪样品台的结构及加工工艺设计提供理论依据。 An accuracy distribution method of neutron spectrometer sample table based on genetic algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the structure and error terms of the sample table were analyzed,and the geometric error model of the sample table was established by using the multi-body system theory and the principle of homogeneous coordinate transformation.Secondly,the sensitivity analysis and calculation of 27 error terms in the error model were analyzed.Finally,the genetic algorithm toolbox in the MATLAB software was used to distribute the accuracy of the sample table with the minimum manufacturing cost as the distribution goal based on the sensitivity analysis results.The rationality of the accuracy distribution scheme was verified by the Monte Carlo simulation method.It provides a theoretical basis for the structure and processing design of the neutron spectrometer sample table.
