邻苯二甲酸二丁酯生殖及发育毒性的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress in reproductive and developmental toxicity of dibutyl phthalate

摘要 邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)作为塑化剂,在化工行业、日常生活用品以及医用材料中等广泛应用,大部分在自然界中可被降解,而其中一部分,则通过不同的方式进入人体内,进而发生代谢反应,然后以多种途径排出体外。其在机体代谢过程中,可通过影响激素水平或氧化应激等反应,导致不同的组织或器官(如生殖器官、骨骼、肺、肝、肾等)发育或代谢功能异常。本文拟对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的理化特性、代谢过程、生殖毒性以及发育毒性的机制进行综述。 Dibutyl phthalate(DBP),as common plasticizer,has been widely applied in such fields as those of chemical industry,daily necessities and medical materials.Most of it can be degraded in nature,but some can enter the human body in different ways,and it can activate a series of metabolic reactions,then be excreted through several paths.In this metabolic process,it may have deleterious effects to the human body by regulating hormone levels or inducing oxidative stress,such as developmental problems and metabolic abnormalities in different tissues and main organs including reproductive organs,bones,lungs,liver and kidneys.This article presents a review of research advance in physicochemical property of DBP,metabolic process and the mechanism of DBP-induced reproductive and developmental toxicity.
