摘要
研究了溶气气浮工艺对生活污水的除磷效能,并通过中试考察了加药量及主要技术参数对处理效果的影响。结果表明:铝盐投加量Al/P(摩尔比)=12时,气浮在"高负荷/低回流比"运行模式下对总磷(TP)的去除率可达80%以上,出水TP约0.10mg/L。气浮出水残存的微絮体被砂滤截留后,TP进一步降低至0.03mg/L以下,达到化学除磷极限。此外,溶气气浮对COD、浊度、DO等水质指标均有较好的处理效果,且出水加药残留物含量较低。
In this study,dissolved air flotation(DAF)was used for advanced phosphorus removal from municipal wastewater.Pilot tests were conducted to investigate performance of the process,influences of the main parameters and coagulant dosage on treatment efficiency were also discussed.The results showed that the TP removal rate exceeded 80%by operating DAF under the mode of low reflux ratio and high load,when the molar ratio of alum salt and phosphorus was 12∶1.Meanwhile,the effluent concentration of TP was about 0.10 mg/L.The microflocs existing in DAF effluent could be intercepted by sand filtration,which further reduced the TP to be below0.03 mg/L,and achieved the ultra-low TP limit of chemical removal.Furthermore,DAF also had agood treatment effect on COD,turbidity,DO and so on,while the content of chemical residues in the effluent was low.
