摘要
无刷直流电机一般采取的远程控制手段包含无线控制和有线控制两种,但这两种控制方法均存在不足。因此,采取可控整流信号波的形式输送速度控制信号,设计了一种实现无刷直流电机远程调速控制的系统。分析可知,该系统由速度调节单位和整流控制单元组合而成,控制效果明显。该方法可以省去添加控制信号线这一步骤,可直接采取动力线科学把控无刷主流电机的速度和方向。
Brushless DC motor generally adopts remote control means including wireless control and wired control.However,these control methods have shortcomings,so combined with the above defects,a system is designed to transmit speed control signals in the form of controllable rectifier signal waves and realize the remote speed control of brushless DC motor.After analyzing the system,it can be seen that it is usually composed of speed regulating unit and rectifier control unit,and the control effect is obvious.The reason is that this method can save the step of adding control signal line,and directly adopting power line can scientifically control the speed and direction of brushless mainstream motor.
