摘要
目的分析临床药学查房与带教路径相结合的新型护理管理模式在妇科手术患者中应用效果及对提升护理服务质量和住院患者满意度的影响。方法选择入住我院接受常规妇科手术患者160例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例,将常规专科护理管理模式应用于对照组,将临床药学查房和带教路径相结合的护理管理模式应用于观察组。然后比较两组患者的临床用药和护理服务效果。结果观察组临床用药合理率优于对照组(P<0.05)、药物不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05),差错率、护患纠纷率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以临床药学查房和带教路径相结合的新型护理管理模式应用于妇科手术患者能够提高临床用药合理性及患者满意度,改善护理服务水平。
Objective To explore application effect of clinical pharmacy rounds combined with teaching pathway in gynecological nursing management and its influence on improving nursing quality and patients'satisfaction degree.Methods A total of 160 patients for gynecological surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,80 cases in each group.The control group received routine specialist nursing management mode,while the observation group adopted clinical pharmacy rounds combined with teaching pathway,The clinical medi⁃cation and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The rational rate of clinical medication in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),adverse drug reaction rate was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing comfort rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),error rate and nurse-patient dispute rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pharmacy rounds combined with teaching pathway in gynecological nursing management can improve rationality of clinical medication,improve skills of responsi⁃ble nurses and level of nursing service.
