摘要
为了研究橡胶沥青的水老化特性,改变水的参数值,对橡胶沥青和TOR橡胶沥青进行水老化试验,采用软化点试验、布氏粘度试验、动态剪切流变试验和弯曲梁流变试验测试老化后的沥青试样。试验结果表明:在水分pH值对橡胶沥青抗老化性能影响方面,橡胶沥青的高温和低温性能指标均随着pH值的增大而呈现出抛物线变化趋势,抛物线拐点对应的pH值为5.5~6.5,并且拐点之前测试指标随pH值的变化较为剧烈,拐点之后这一变化趋缓,说明pH值越低,对橡胶沥青老化性能影响越大;在氯盐含量对橡胶沥青抗老化性能影响方面,橡胶沥青的高温和低温性能指标均随着氯盐含量增加而劣化,氯盐含量对橡胶沥青的抗老化性能具有明显影响。
In order to study properties of the rubber asphalt after water aging,changing waterparameters,rubber asphalt and TOR rubber asphalt were aged by hot,oxygen and water.Brinell viscosity,Soften Point,Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR)and Bending Beam Rheometer(BBR)were employed to testthese aged asphalts.The results showed:in terms of the influence of moisture pH value on the anti-agingproperties of rubber asphalt,the high and low temperature performance indexes of rubber asphalt showeda parabolic change trend with the increase of pH value.The pH value corresponding to the parabolicinflection point was at 5.5~6.5,and the change of test index with pH value was more intense before turningpoint,and the change slowed down after inflection point,indicating that the lower the pH value,the agingof rubber asphalt.The influence of chloride content on the anti-aging properties of rubber asphalt,the high and low temperature performance indexes of rubber asphalt are deteriorated with the increase ofchloride content,and the chloride content has a significant effect on the anti-aging properties of rubberasphalt.
