摘要
准噶尔盆地南缘深井地质工程复杂、必封点多,普遍采用五开甚至六开井身结构设计。其中,高泉区块GHW001井设计五开井身结构,二开在φ558.8井眼下φ473.1套管为新疆油田首次施工。区块上部存在巨厚砾石层,通井趟数多、耗时长,套管下放吨位大、摩阻高是套管下入的主要技术难点。GHW001井通过对扩眼参数配合及通井钻具刚度进行设计,制定合理的下套管施工方案,保证了井眼畅通,减小了套管下放摩阻。该层套管安全顺利地下至预定井深,创下准噶尔盆地φ473.1套管下入重量和深度的记录,也为新疆油田后期类似井眼中完施工提供重要借鉴作用。
The deep wells in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin have complicated geological and engineering prob⁃lems,and generally adopt five or even six wellbore structure design.The GHW001 well in the Gaoquan district is designed with a five-open wellbore structure,and runningφ473.1 casing inφ558.8 wellbore is the first attempt in Xinjiang Oilfield.The huge thick gravel layer,time-consuming wiper trip and large tonnage of the casing and high friction resistance are the main technical difficulties of casing running.The optimization which including hole-reaming parameters,BHA design,rea⁃sonable casing running plan,is made to ensure borehole smoothly and reduce the resistance.The casing is safely and smooth⁃ly run down to the predetermined well depth,setting a record of the weight and depth of theφ473.1 casing in the Junggar Ba⁃sin,and also providing an important reference for the other completion of similar wellbore construction in Xinjiang Oilfield.
