摘要
目的:探讨动态心电图联合心脏彩超对早期急性病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法:纳入2017年1月-2020年1月我院收治的60例早期急性病毒性心肌炎患者,对照组接受动态心电图诊断,研究组接受动态心电图联合心脏彩超诊断,对比两组患者阳性率、阴性率、确诊率。结果:研究组的确诊率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:早期急性病毒性心肌炎接受动态心电图联合心脏彩超检查,能有效提升确诊率,该诊断方式值得推广。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram combined with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in early acute viral myocarditis.Methods:60 patients with early acute viral myocarditis admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were included.The control group received dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis,while the research group received dynamic electrocardiogram combined with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.The positive rate,negative rate and diagnosis rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnosis rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early acute viral myocarditis undergoing dynamic electrocardiogram combined with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound can effectively improve the diagnostic rate,and this diagnostic method is worthy of promotion.
