摘要
利用火灾动力学仿真软件FDS研究了不同条件下细水雾对船舶机舱内柴油池火、喷雾火及两者的组合火灾的灭火过程。对比分析了不同细水雾粒径和流量、喷雾速度、通风条件以及存在障碍物情况下,上述3种火情的火场温度变化、火焰附近的氧浓度和灭火时间等情况。结果表明:粒径为200μm及以下的细水雾能够快速扑灭柴油池火,抑制喷雾火及组合火灾,并且能降低障碍物对灭火效果的影响,减小因较大粒径的细水雾直接进入油池表面对火焰造成的强化效果。增加细水雾的喷雾速度和流量,可以明显降低火灾温度,有效抑制火灾的发展。氧气窒息作用对于扑灭油类火灾具有明显的效果,在封闭条件下使用细水雾能够防止火灾蔓延、实现快速灭火。
The fire extinguishing processes of water mist on diesel pool fires,spray fires and their combined fires in a ship engine room under different conditions are studied by using FDS.The fire field temperature,oxygen concentration near the flame and extinguishing time of the above-mentioned 3 types of fires are compared and analyzed under different water mist particle sizes and flow rate,spray velocity,ventilation conditions and obstacles.The results show that water mist with a particle size of 200μm and below can quickly extinguish diesel pool fires,suppress spray fires and the combined fires,and reduce the impact of obstacles on the extinguishing effect,and reduce the flame enhancement effect of larger particles of water mist directly entering the oil pool surface.Increasing the spray speed and flow rate of the water mist can significantly reduce the fire temperature and effectively inhibit the development of the fire.Oxygen suffocation has a significant effect on extinguishing oil fires.The use of water mist in closed conditions can prevent the spread of fire and achieve rapid fire suppression.
