福建芦花坪珠光青瓷的化学组成及其呈色研究 被引量:1

摘要 为揭示福建芦花坪珠光青瓷的特征及特点,分别采用X射线荧光光谱、色度仪以及紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计等测试方法,分析了芦花坪珠光青瓷样品胎釉化学组成以及呈色变化。研究表明,芦花坪珠光青瓷胎体中Fe2O3含量较高与同一窑址所产黑瓷相似,其原料可能均来自窑址周围丰富的制瓷粘土。釉料以CaO为主要助熔剂,随时间推移,釉料配方从钙釉向钙-碱釉转变,釉色从青中泛黄的枇杷色转变为青中泛绿色,反射光谱波长的范围为590~630 nm。 In order to reveal the characteristic feature of Zhuguang celadon from Luhuaping of Fujian province, the chemical compositions of bodies & glazes and the colors of Zhuguang celadon samples were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, chromatic spectrophotometer and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrophotometer. The results indicated that the bodies of Luhuaping Zhuguang celadon have a relatively high content of Fe2O3, which is similar to that of black porcelain produced in the same kiln site, and its raw materials were inferred to be the rich ceramic clay around the kiln site. Meanwhile, the glaze of samples uses the CaO as the main flux, which made those recipes to have a trend from "calcium-rich glaze" to "calcium-alkali-rich glaze" with the passage of time. Furthermore, the glaze color was observed to change from greenish yellow loquat to bluish green, and the reflection spectrum wavelength of samples was sited from 590 to 630 nm range.
