摘要
通过对推进器叶轮的材料、结构、制造工艺过程分析,提出了在大部分工况条件下,叶轮首选五轴加工。但对于特定的推进器叶轮,五轴加工中心有特别的优越性。本文验证了特殊产品的五轴加工的技术参数,从建模到结构设计改进到结构分析(NX NASTRAN)最后到五轴仿真加工的全工艺流程,得出了特殊的推进器叶轮的结构应力分布图和制造工艺表。
Based on the analysis of the material,structure and manufacturing process of propeller impeller,it is put forward that in most working conditions,the five axis machining is the first choice for impeller.But for a specific propeller impeller,what are the advantages of using five axis machining center.In this paper,the technical parameters of five axis machining of special products are verified,and the whole technological process from modeling to structural design improvement to structural analysis(NX NASTRAN)and finally to five axis simulation machining is completed.The structural stress distribution diagram and manufacturing process table of special propeller impeller are obtained.
