摘要
档案在社会发展过程中有着重要的作用,随着时代的发展、学术的进步,档案管理工作也越来越引起我们的重视。档案价值的鉴定是档案工作的核心,它可以优化档案质量,有利于对重点档案的保管,有利于档案库房的合理和有效使用。本文介绍了档案价值鉴定工作的程序和原则、鉴定档案价值的标准和方法,探讨我国目前档案价值鉴定工作现状,从而提出对其工作的建议,使档案价值鉴定工作在档案管理工作发挥更大的作用,同时更好地服务于社会的进步与发展。
Archives play an important role in the process of social development.With the development of the times and academic progress,archives management has attracted more and more attention.The appraisal of archives value is the core of archival work.It can optimize the quality of archives,facilitate the custody of key archives,and facilitate the use of archival warehouses rationally and effectively.This paper introduces the procedure and principle of archives value appraisal,the standards and methods of appraising archives value,also discusses the present situation of archival value appraisal in our country,then puts forward some suggestions for its work.The appraisal of archives value can play a greater role in the archives management work,and at the same time,it can serve the progress and development of the society better.
