摘要
铁路工程目前没有土工排水材料产品标准,需要结合铁路特点编制行业标准。标准编制注重铁路工程的功能需求与产品性能指标紧密结合的思路,为了明确不同产品的工程适用性,需要全面了解产品性能并开展相关测试研究。提出了平面通水量、覆土通水量等新的性能指标,更为全面地反映了产品性能。增加了排水垫和毛细排水管等具有明显通水优势的产品。通过试验测试提出了适用于铁路基床排水、边坡排水、渗沟与盲沟排水、挡墙排水等工程领域的适用产品。铁路行业标准的编制统一了产品名称和性能指标,使产品生产企业和铁路的设计、施工、监理等部门均有规可依,规范了排水材料在铁路工程的应用。
The current product standard of drain materials can t satisfy the construction requirement of railway engineering,and it is necessary to establish the professional standard according to the characteristics of railway engineering.The functional requirements of railway engineering and performance indexes of product are closely combined in the process of standard establishment.Systematic research about product performance indexes should be proceeded in order to determine the engineering applicability of different products.Some new performance indexes,i.e.in-plane flow capacity and covering flow capacity,which demonstrate the product performance more comprehensively,are proposed in this study.Several products with obvious drain advantage,such as drain mat and capillary drainage pipe are developed.According to the model tests,products applicable to the railway bed drainage,slope drainage,sewer drainage,filter ditch drainage and retailing wall drainage are proposed in this study.The formulating of the railway standards unifies the product names and performance indexes,and offer guidance to the product production enterprises and the design,construction and supervision departments in the railway,and also standardize the application of drainage materials in railway engineering.
