摘要
目的:探讨鸟嘌呤核苷酸抑制因子2(RhoGDI2)和N-myc下游并受其调节基因2(NDRG2)在肝癌组织中的表达及与预后的关系。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年8月治疗的肝癌患者89例,采用免疫组化染色检测RhoGDI2和NDRG2表达。结果:肝癌组织RhoGDI2阳性表达率为69.66%,明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),而NDRG2阳性表达率为22.47%,明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者RhoGDI2阳性表达率为91.11%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),而NDRG2阳性表达率为8.89%,明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移患者RhoGDI2阳性表达率为87.50%,明显高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);RhoGDI2与NDRG2表达呈负相关(r=-0.406,P<0.05);复发患者RhoGDI2阳性表达率为83.33%,明显高于无复发患者(P<0.05),而NDRG2阳性表达率为11.11%,明显低于无复发患者(P<0.05);死亡患者RhoGDI2阳性表达率为93.10%,明显高于存活患者(P<0.05),而NDRG2阳性表达率为6.90%,明显低于存活患者(P<0.05)。结论:RhoGDI2在肝癌组织中呈高表达,而NDRG2呈低表达,与临床病理特征及预后有一定关系。
Objective:To investigate the expression of guanine nucleotide inhibitor 2(RhoGDI2)and N-myc downstream regulatory gene 2(NDRG2)in hepatocellular carcinoma and their relationship with prognosis.Methods:Eighty-ninepatients with liver cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected,and the adjacent tissues were selected as control,the expression of RhoGDI2 and NDRG2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results:The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 in hepatocellular carcinoma was 69.66%,was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NDRG2 was 22.47%,was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 was 91.11% in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ patients,was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NDRG2 was 8.89%,was significantly lower than that in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 in patients with lymph node metastasis was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);RhoGDI2 was negatively correlated with NDRG2 expression(r=-0.406,P<0.05);The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 in relapsed patients was 83.33%,significantly higher than that in non-relapsed patients(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NDRG2 was 11.11%,significantly lower than that in non-relapsed patients(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 in dead patients was 93.10%,was significantly higher than that in survivors(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NDRG2 was 6.90%,was significantly lower than that in survivors(P<0.05).Conclusion:RhoGDI2 is highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma,while NDRG2 is low expressed,which are related to clinicopathological features and prognosis,and deserves further study.
