高校辅导员是大学生在校期间接触最多、交流最多、影响最大的教育者之一,其学识能力和职业素养对于大学生健康成长影响深远,进一步提升高校辅导员良好心理素养是自我完善的需要,也是辅导员岗位的基本要求。继续教育是辅导员进一步提升心理素养、实现知识更新及自身可持续发展的重要举措和有效途径。
College counselors are one of the educators who have the most contact,communication and influence during students’college life.Their learning ability and professional accomplishment have a profound influence on the healthy growth of college students.Continuing education is an important measure and effective way for counselors to further improve their psychological literacy,realize knowledge renewal and their own sustainable development.
