摘要
新中国成立特别是改革开放以来,我国健康领域改革发展成就显著,人民健康水平不断提高。同时,我国也面临着工业化、城镇化、人口老龄化以及生态环境、生活方式不断变化等带来的新挑战,需要统筹解决关系人民健康的重大和长远问题。我国健康管理业无论在机构、数量还是在服务对象和服务内容方面,都有很大的需求空间。健康服务业是一个范围较广泛的行业,健康服务与管理专业的学生要适应市场如此大跨度的就业要求,在专业知识结构及课程安排上会有很大难度,如何适应市场需求,灵活调整课程和知识结构成为教学模式改革的重点。本文通过对广东药科大学2016级健康服务与管理专业的学生实施培养方案,探索新办专业"健康服务与管理""以市场定专业方向,以需求定教学内容"应用型人才培养模式,使这个新专业走出一条适应市场、就业率高、满足国家8万亿健康产业人才需求的培养之路。
Since the founding of New China,and especially the reform and opening up,my country has made remarkable achievements in reform and development in the field of health,and the people’s health has been continuously improved.At the same time,our country is also facing new challenges brought about by industrialization,urbanization,population aging,as well as changes in the ecological environment and lifestyles,which requires a coordinated solution to major and long-term issues related to people’s health..China’s health management industry has a lot of demand in terms of organization,quantity,service object and service content.Health services is a broad industry.In order to enable students majoring in health services and management to better meet the requirements of the large-span job market,the structure of professional knowledge and curriculum will face great difficulties.How to flexibly adjust the curriculum and knowledge structure to adapt to market requirements has become the focus of teaching mode reform.This article discusses the implementation of the 2016 health service and management professional training program of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University,explores the application-oriented talent training mode of the new specialty"health service and management"that determines the professional direction according to the market,and the teaching content according to the needs,and enables this new major to develop a road of training that adapts to the market,has a high employment rate,and meets the talent needs for the country’s 8 trillion health industry.
