摘要
介绍了全寿期三维数字化电厂各工程阶段数据的数字化、数据的集成及数据的应用,通过对电厂全寿期数据的数字化管理,解决电厂建设过程中的信息孤岛问题,为运营期管理提供三维数字化支持。火电厂作为设备密集型企业,无论是在其设计建造阶段还是生产运营阶段,采用三维数字化技术投入到智能电厂建设中,结合智能安防、图档信息管理、智能生产及智慧化改造对于提升火电厂经济效益、培养自动化智慧化电厂高素质员工均具有重要意义。通过数据集成管理、可视化应用,减少了信息化孤岛,扩大了数据共享的范围和深度,具有一定的指导和示范作用。社会和经济效益显著,整体达到国内先进水平,在全寿期信息的数字化、数据的集成及利用等方面居国内领先水平。
The digitization,data integration and data application of all engineering stages of the full-life three-dimensional digital power plant are introduced.Through the digitization management of the full-life three-dimensional digital data of the power plant,the problem of information island in the construction process of the power plant is solved,and three-dimensional digital support is provided for the operation period management.Coal-fired power plant as an intensive equipment enterprises,both in the design stage and production operation stages,using three-dimensional digital technology into the intelligent power plant construction,combined with intelligent image file security,information management,intelligent production and transformation to enhance economic benefits of thermal power plants,the wisdom to prepare high qualified employees are important automation intelligent power plant.Through the application of data integration management and visualization,it reduces the information island,expands the scope and depth of data sharing,and plays a certain guiding and demonstration role.The social and economic benefits are remarkable,and it has reached the domestic level as a whole.It ranks the leading level in the digitization of whole-life information,integration and utilization of data,etc.
